Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Sales experience in MEP Project, Fitout works, retrofit, AMC or maintenance work.
• Develop deep relationships with clients in assign territory, meeting with multiple stakeholders, to ensure awareness of all projects in the pipeline.
• Effectively manage the spec. and bidding process for projects to ensure to win the opportunity.
• Excellent understanding of project bidding and selling.
• Expert to bring new clients to firms and add multiple clients and participate in customer negotiations with information provided by the bid management team.

Requirements

• We are looking for Sr.Sales Engineer with MEP – HVAC, Electrical, Low Current, Firefighting & Fire alarm, Plumbing & Drainage, LPG, BMS – project/construction specialist Experience.
• Years of UAE Experience 5-7 Years and Salary Range 6000-8000 AED + Incentives. 
• We required a dynamic project sales engineer
• Should be responsible to look after MEP project sales, interacting with clients, main contractor & consultants.
• Should be able to prepare MEP quotations and submit to Client.
• Must hold UAE driving License
• Must have UAE 5-7 years projects sales experience.
• Established strong Rapport with existing client to ensure repeat business, also developed new – Successful track Record in the UAE especially in Dubai
• Strong experience on contractual terms business relations.
• Candidate must have good communication and persuasive skills, and be capable of influencing persons to achieve business growth in MEP / FM projects.
• Base: Dubai, UAE. Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
