Job Overview:
LOFT CONTRACTING LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee a residential and tall building construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in site execution, project coordination, and authority approvals, with expertise in villa and high-rise construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure strict implementation of the work completion program.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and ensure proper documentation.
- Review shop drawings, secure approvals, and ensure execution aligns with approved plans.
- Supervise and evaluate team performance on assigned sites.
- Ensure proper material storage and inventory management at the site.
- Oversee timely submission of invoices, payment certificates, and collections.
- Identify and resolve technical issues proactively to avoid execution delays.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Dubai construction projects.
- Must have completed at least 3 projects in Dubai.
- Active DM/DEWA-approved Civil Engineer with a valid SOE certification.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authority standards (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, DMCC, etc.).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in tall building construction is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
