Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a product roadmap aligned with our long-term vision.
- Bridge development and design through comprehensive Production PRD.
- Leverage your expertise in Web3 and DeFi to enhance user engagement.
- Lead the product life cycle, from market research to release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on on-site projects.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure products meet business goals.
- Cultivate relationships with local partners to expand market influence.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience (Web3, DeFi experience preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong user and market-oriented thinking, data-based decision-making.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Academic background in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or business management).
- Proficiency in English; other language skills are a plus.
