Description:

Hiring Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

• MBA Finance (desired), OR other Qualifications CFA, CPA, etc.
• As per Industry norms & candidate’s experience
• Reporting to Managing Director

Soft Skills Required:

• Excellent English Language Communication Skills (verbal & written).
• Relationship skills (within the company and with external bodies).
• Presentable in terms of tasks/deliverables.
• Great understanding of customer centricity.
• Team Management (across geographies) and understanding of cross-cultural aspects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Vouching and Verification of day-to-day Accounting and Purchase Transactions; monitor payroll, and other transactions
• Month End Reporting – P&L (Department Level, Company Level and Consolidated) & BS (Company Level and Consolidated)
• Customer Receivables tracking, extensive follow-ups
• Managing Recurring Invoices
• Supplier PO Preparations
• Booking of Supplier Invoices and Management of Accounts Payable
• Supplier Payments Planning and Priorities
• Expense and Project Management
• Cash Planning based on Inflow and Outflow
• Budget Preparation and Adherence
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales result, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
• Maintain statutory matters, Tax, Govt. related matters, proper and timely filing of returns
• Intercompany Transactions
• Any other deliverables assigned by the Reporting Manager
• Must Have: Experience of working in ERP

Desirable:

• Experience in ERP – Microsoft D365
• Practical work experience of handling different geographies (Importantly UAE & India) and understanding of local tax laws
