Hiring Senior F&B Manager- Catering- UAE

• Roles & responsibility is mentioned below for reference:
• Reporting to operations head regarding catering
• Responsible for handling the complete catering sales team & catering admin team
• Managing all reports in catering- p& l and cost report.
• Complete admin responsibilities for the catering will be cross-checked with catering coordinator and will be responsible for verifying it
• Responsible of giving in advance the forecast for the sales of the quarter or for the year- track the numbers and should achieve targets.
• Responsible for following the schedule & make sure the events achieved success without any guest complaints
• Daily catering site visit – quality check, quantity check, make sure operation is in place in the right direction
• Weekly meeting with catering manager, catering sales team & catering admin team
• Coordinating with the marketing team to plan and track the upcoming marketing calendar on a daily basis
• Monthly inventory update
• Depending upon the guest feedback regularly conduct meeting with the kitchen team like introducing any new items or betterment of the present menu.
• Daily catering site – gathering feedback from the guest and exchanging the contact details for their future events
