MR Furniture Manufacturing LLC is Hiring for Senior Executive/Sales Executive:

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for leading and managing the Sales, BD, Marketing, Designing, Production, Delivery, Installation activities of the Business Unit and maximizing revenues while ensuring all activities are carried out with efficiency. The role holder is also responsible for monitoring and enhancing the commercial performance, increasing the turnover and client base.

Key Accountability and Tasks:

  • Develops and implements sales strategies for the Business Unit to increase revenues and achieve sales targets.
  • Manages the top line growth to ensure profitability and sales targets are achieved by managing and developing the sales team to deliver against sales and profitability targets.
  • Promotes the business to new and existing clients and secures new and repeat business by networking at various sales and corporate events.
  • Manages existing key customers/ accounts to meet objectives of retention and further account development; develops retention strategies for key customers.
  • Manages timely coordination of account orders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations, and delivery information; Meets all order deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Handles administrative duties (e.g., supervise on purchasing, production, installation, accounts receivable)
  • Liaise closely with the Production team to develop and/or improve profitable products for existing or new potential clients.
  • Ensure efficient production / less wastage and create a safe working environment.
  • Handle accounts receivable, contact clients to receive the payments on time without any delay.
  • Tracks, analyses, and reports findings from competitor and market analysis, its impact on the Business Unit
  • Ensuring that all required, and contractually relevant company policies / procedures are implemented and followed throughout the business.
  • Analyze the Training needs and ensure that training on-the-job and/or external is provided when needed and all team members are informed about the current economic developments which have an influence on the business.
  • Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies:
  • Minimum Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 4-5 years in a similar role
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or equivalent additional qualification preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Good Communication skills in English (verbal and written) – Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu (fluency verbal and written) in addition preferred.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Furniture industries, materials, and best practices.
  • Good knowledge of applicable standards, local rules, and regulations
  • UAE Driving License.
