Hiring Female – Tele Sales Outbound Representative

Experience: 2-5 years

Location: RAK (UAE)

Languages: Hindi and English (Mandatory)

Start Date: Immediate to 10 days

Duties and responsibilities:

• Be able to communicate both orally and in writing Drive customer acquisition strategies through both, inbound and outbound campaigns
• Places outbound sales calls to prospects
• Analyze customer needs with limited customer engagement
• Conduct initial and follow-up telephone calls to build a relationship, increase customer loyalty and product distribution while maintaining established customer call frequency schedules
• Answering customer’s inquiries via Chat and Email providing the right information customer
