Hiring Senior Executive Finance for our client in Ras Al Khaimah.

Experience: Should have 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience in UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Sale, Resale & Rental contract checking and activation
• Security deposit & Modification deposit collection as per contract
• Receipting of customer cash/credit card/ Bank transfer payments
• Third party rental refund processing
• Preparing customer Statement of account
• Accounting of sales revenue & cost of sales booking
• Supporting collection team by giving required details
• Preparing accrued income and posting on monthly basis
• Preparation of monthly AR schedules
• PDC receipting and uploading
• Channel partner commission verification & payment processing
• Employee commission payout calculation
• Attending customer queries
• Bank Reconciliation
• Supporting internal and statutory audit
