Senior Customer Service Representative- Collections & Retention

This position is responsible for the timeliness, integrity, quality and accuracy of the Complaints Operations. The individual should be responsible to ensure effective complaint handling and customer care operations through interface, coordination, and smooth workflow among customer care operations, engineering, IT, sales, Finance, Marketing etc. Follows SOP and quality control for complaints handling in order to ensure highest quality standards and high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Finance
  • ITIL Operational Support & Analysis certification preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in care operations preferable in telecommunications or financial sectors operations environment
