Description:

We are looking for a well-organized Customer Service Executive to join our growing team!

Provides customer service in a timely manner via several means which include email, face to face interaction, telephone, and live chat.

Analyzes complaints from clients and provides adequate resolutions.

Prepares documents and reports for future reference.

Develops and maintains a vast knowledge of the products and services being offered by our firm or other ATFX group

Communicates client’s feedback to various teams—including sales and marketing departments—in order to improve the overall customer experience.

Handle all client’s request through the back-office system and passed to the concerned department for approvals

Ensuring all documents from clients and account files are accurate and up to date

Check if the client’s documents are complete and accurate prior to sending it to head office for compliance approval

Screening all accounts using available tools such as World-Check etc.
