Senior Active Sharing Expert (Subject Matter Expert)

JD for senior active sharing expert.

• The candidate must have 15 years’ experience in active infrastructure sharing of cellular mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G) as well as experience in mobile network planning, optimization and operation. Additional experience in infrastructure sharing of fixed networks, data centers, active sharing of other wireless technologies and networks (e.g. Wi-Fi) is preferred.
• Strong experience in the E2E design, planning and deployment of various passive / active sharing scenarios and solutions, including:
• Mobile nodes sharing including RAN nodes, Core nodes, Operational Support System (OSS), Business Support System (BSS) …etc., and spectrum sharing, as well as underlying fixed infrastructure
• Active sharing scenarios: MOCN, MORAN, CN sharing …etc.
• Passive sharing scenarios: tower, sites, backhaul …etc.
• Sharing and management of transport, backhauling and transmission networks including fiber, radio systems, etc.
• Active sharing experience is mandatory across all cellular technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, …etc., to support all relevant Voice, Data, TV services.
