Senior Accountant required

The Company: It is one of the well-known contracting companies in the field of Contracting, Mechanical and Electromechanical Works, having its various projects in UAE.

The Candidate: The ideal candidate should have experience in contracting accounts and will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
• Do the annual audit process include the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Knowledge in IFRS & GAAP articles and regulations.
• VAT filing – quarterly.
• IT & ERP system strong knowledge.
• Qualifications: 8+ years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Professional cert. is a credit.
• Salary: 10 – 12 K monthly plus labor office benefits.
• Work will be in DIP – Dubai.
• Employment Type: Full-time
• The candidate should have a good knowledge and experience in quarterly VAT filing.
