Sales Support Associate

We are looking for a sales support associate to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers.

The Sales Support Associate should have good time management, organizational skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills.

Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries
• Processing Customers requests in a timely manner by Coordinating with different departments
• Ensure customers satisfaction through providing quality support and service
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly follow up with existing accounts to ensure they are funded.
• Find prospects and potential leads through social media channels

Requirements:

• University degree in business or related filed
• Fresh graduate or Minimum of 1 year of experience in an FX Sales position within a brokerage or bank
• Deep understanding and experience with financial products such as FX, CFD’s, Commodities, Shares, Indices, etc.
• Passionate, ambitious, professional with a positive attitude
• Languages: Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Must be a UAE Resident
