Description:

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Sales & marketing department.

Major roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.

• Handling the development and sustenance of corporate business across the UAE
• Following up on new business opportunities and identification of new markets and business sectors.
• Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spending. Instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
• Proactively developing and communicating products and services to prospective clients Screen
• Potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluate options and resolve internal priorities.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating
• Contractsintegrating contract requirements with business operations providing management with continuous feedback
• Other tasks and/or responsibilities allocated by the management as required

Requirements:

• Should have a Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Must have hardcore sales experience of at least 5 years within the UAE in the Car Rental Industry.
• Knowledge of and experience within the ME region is an added advantage
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Have a background in car rental/automotive leasing
• Proven track record of business and revenue increase/improvements.
• Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of profit and loss involvement,
• Substantial revenue generation, and business improvements in past roles highly analytical, systems-driven, and research-oriented.
• High level of negotiation and people skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
