Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Russian considered a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, whether on the developer side or within a brokerage firm, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
