Requirements

• Must be Dubai based and ready for face-to-face interview
• Minimum two years’ experience in S&M and M&E function in Hospitality or event industry
• Work experience in the UAE is highly desirable

Functions

• Negotiate with clients regarding events organization at the Park, control all preparation for the client’s event and compliance with all the client’s requirements
• Full reactive sales cycle: inquiries, calculation, confirmation, contracting, BEO, event coordination, follow up
• Manage important requests for the Park in cooperation with General Manager and Executive Chef
• Increase Park revenue by handling incoming request for events
• Maximize conversion for events requests in order to meet F&B budget and forecast expectations
• To be fully aware of trends in the event industry and make suggestions for improvement F&B event sales
• Good package is on offer for the right candidate.
