Sales Manager – Real Estate
Developer is looking for dynamic and energetic seasoned sales professionals who have a track record of success in the real estate industry in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships
- Effectively consulting with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements
- Work effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
- Making appointments and touring clients to the ‘World Islands’
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets discussed with the Sales Director
- Advise on the merits of properties and terms of sale
- Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties.
- Finalize the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions
- Prepare periodic sales activity reports for management information and decision making.
- Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis
Essential Requirements:-
- Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in the Real Estate, with at least 2 years in Dubai.
- Sales experience with a real estate developer is mandatory
- Ability to handle the end to end sales cycle independently
- Enthusiastic approach, with a go getter and hands-on attitude
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
Desirable Skills:-
- Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic and other languages will be an added advantage
- Ability to demonstrate successful track record
- Excellent network of investors
- Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
- Be creative, strong, motivated and energetic
