Hiring Sales Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our expanding footwear team. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with restaurant managers, executive housekeepers, hotel professionals,and wholesale clients.
- Spearhead the promotion and sales of our footwear collections to both established and new clientele.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to gain understanding of their specific footwear needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations and educate clients on the advantages of our custom footwear solutions.
- Achieve and surpass established sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall revenue growth.
- Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
- Prepare and submit weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the footwear industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in footwear and/or wholesale products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in an independent environment.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory.
Minimum Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- Sales Certification (preferred)
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in footwear sales, hospitality sales, or direct sales.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
