Ghazal Properties is hiring a number of Sales Executive – Off Plan Specialist to join our growing team network.

Job Responsibilities:

• Being up to date with all property market updates.
• Attending new project launches, events, and exhibitions.
• Assisting clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial abilities to find their dream   homes.
• Well knowledge in Dubai property market, trends and purchasing process to assist the client on reaching their decision.
• Well awareness of Dubai property’s law, with ability to give the right consulting and advice for the clients.
• Analyzing property marketing trends and identify the profitable areas.
• Experienced in negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
• Team player, Positive attitude, and willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients.

Requirements
