We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in Dubai’s property market or exhibition space selling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by selling exhibition spaces to clients, including real estate developers and other industry stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to work with leading exhibition organizers and establish strong business relationships within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Space Selling: Identify, approach, and secure clients for exhibition space at industry-specific events (e.g., real estate exhibitions).
- Market Research: Research and analyze the Dubai property market and exhibition trends to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major real estate developers and key decision-makers in the exhibition industry.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Event Collaboration: Work closely with exhibition organizers to align sales efforts with event themes and objectives.
- Proposal and Negotiations: Prepare tailored sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Post-Sale Engagement: Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven Experience: 2+ years in the Dubai property market or exhibition space selling.
- Strong knowledge of major real estate developers in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).
