Job Title: Sales Executive in Lubricant division

  • Location : Dubai, UAE
  • UAE Experience: 2-5 years UAE
  • UAE License: Mandatory
  • Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Lubricants to B2C & B2B customers across the UAE
  • Develop and maintain relationships with B2C & B2B customers to achieve sales targets
  • Explore sales opportunities through market research and networking
  • Visit potential customers and present brand/product samples and catalogues whilst   delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Assess Customer Requirements & assist in delivering the needs
  • Prepare and send accurate price quotations to B2C & B2B customers
  • Prepare and send updates on product information and prices to corporate and retail customers
  • Negotiate sales terms, including price and delivery, in line with company guidelines
  • Prepare and collate information and documentation required to close a sale, such as sales invoices, delivery dates and customer profiles
  • Handle customer requests for credit facilities and submit relevant credit forms and supporting documents to Finance for review and approval
  • Follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collection and report regularly on payment status to the Sales Manager
  • Check stock availability and report any shortages to the Sales Manager
  • Input and update sales activities into the system and prepare status reports on sales activities such as closings, new leads, follow-ups, and target achievement by product/brand
  • Continuously Monitor Market Trends & Competitor Activities
  • Developing the Independent Workshop Channels
  • Implementing channel offers and promotions to different channels like Retail, High street, Independent workshops, etc
