Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Nedran General Trading in Dubai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. The role requires collaborating with internal teams, handling customer inquiries, conducting sales activities, and providing training to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Present our products/services to potential clients in a compelling way.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales tactics.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues.
- Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve our offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and marketing expertise.
- Familiarity with MS Office is essential.
- Ability to quickly adapt and passionately pursue sales targets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must hold a UAE residence visa, a valid UAE driving license, and vehicle.
- Clean criminal record.
- Must possess extensive and robust experience within the UAE market.
- Holding a valid UAE residence/work visa is an essential requirement.
