Job Description:
Tasneef Training Center, a leading provider of training in Management System Training, Health and Safety, Food Safety, IOSH, NEBOSH, and Highfields qualifications, is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and sales and be driven to generate revenue growth by creating and executing effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our training courses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage social media platforms and create content for various marketing channels.
- Coordinate and execute events and webinars to engage prospects and customers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- Assist with other marketing and sales initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination, preferably in the training or education sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for marketing and sales.
- Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, ISO management systems, IOSH, NEBOSH, and Highfields qualifications is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
