Hiring Sales Agent (Russian Speaking)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Our client, a prominent player in the car rental sector in Dubai, is seeking a Sales Agent to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Provide comprehensive consultation on services, cars, availability, and job-related matters
• Perform daily checks of the car pool and ensure timely updates
• Advertise available cars via related systems
• Drive sales and revenue growth
• Manage the release and collection of cars
• Handle contract handovers to clients
• Follow up on payments and provide timely updates to the Finance Controller
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Active and flexible personality with a customer-oriented approach
• Proficiency in business etiquette
• Good knowledge of UAE locations, areas, and roads
• Familiarity with MS Office and messaging platforms
• Understanding of car types and specifications
• Result-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• UAE driving license (candidates without it are encouraged to apply)
