OCTA-TECH UAE is currently seeking a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of sales activities, including prospecting, developing, and selling to new accounts, while also increasing revenue from existing customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and develop new leads to expand the customer base.
- Research and develop a comprehensive list of potential customers within the target market.
- Make cold calls and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales support, and management to establish effective communication channels with customers, ensuring maximum sales opportunities for our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical developments, and relevant government regulations that may impact the target markets.
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that can lead to valuable sales opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively closing sales in a professional manner.
- Prepare sales and marketing proposals for customers, highlighting the unique value of our products and services.
- Actively participate in trade shows, user group meetings, customer presentations, and conventions to showcase our offerings.
- Research, develop, and maintain long and short-term sales goals.
- Regularly produce sales planning and forecasting plans.
- Stay informed about strategic plans and procedures to facilitate and develop regional sales activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data to contribute to product or service planning.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasting.
- Provide effective problem resolution, ensuring client satisfaction and timely sales follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills to deliver impactful sales pitches.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges and present suitable solutions.
