We are looking for a full-time Sales Account Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth. This is a remote position with a preferred location of the Bentonville, AR area to best support our team and retailers, though well qualified applicants located in other areas are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential target markets and business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare accurate sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required, ensuring that all information is clear, concise, and impactful.
- Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Retailer Portal Management: Manage various retailer portals (such as Lowe’s Vendor Gateway, Target POL, etc.) to ensure product listings and content are up to date and optimized.
- Product Set Up & Management: Handle product set-up and management on all retailer portals, ensuring that A+ content and enhanced content are properly uploaded and maintained.
- Account Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing for account meetings, product line reviews, and sample tracking, ensuring all necessary materials and information are ready.
- Sell-Through Data Analysis: Collect and analyze product sell-through data in collaboration with our global team and Data Analysts to track product performance.
- Customer Feedback Management: Respond to customer reviews and provide valuable feedback to Sales, Product, Design, and Quality teams to drive product improvements.
- Product Health Monitoring: Monitor product health scores and work to improve product performance by identifying key areas for improvement.
- Customer Service Coordination: Cooperate with the Customer Service team to support all customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related experience- Sales, Business Development
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with retailer portals (such as Lowe’s Vendor Gateway, Target POL) is a plus.
- Familiarity with product management and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
