Hiring Recruiter (UAE)

Job Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Architecture, Infrastructure, or Urban Design Consultancy industry.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law practices and recruiting strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop relationships with universities, job fairs, and other talent acquisition avenues.
  • Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and manage the recruitment process.
  • Background Checks: Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires.
  • Onboarding: Handle offer negotiations and the onboarding process for new hires.
