We’re Hiring: Recruiter – UAE

Are you a people-first, detail-oriented recruiter with strong knowledge of UAE labor and visa processes? We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team and lead end-to-end talent acquisition—from sourcing to onboarding—with a focus on the UAE market.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate offers.
• Advertise vacancies and source top candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Drive recruitment innovation to attract high-quality talent.
• Coordinate closely with country managers and department heads to assess hiring needs and talent development plans.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Manatal ATS.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience through every stage of the process.
• Stay current with UAE employment laws and best practices.
• Handle UAE visa processing and onboarding for new hires:
• Collect and verify documents.
• Liaise with PRO/government officer for visa, medical, Emirates ID, and labor contract.
• Track progress and ensure timely joining.
• Maintain recruitment and visa reports for internal tracking and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in General & Administration or non-tech roles.
• Hands-on experience with UAE visa processing and strong knowledge of local labor/immigration laws.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Manatal).
• A team player with a proactive mindset, emotional intelligence, and excellent attention to detail.
