Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our Oil and Gas Company. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the UAE market. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various job roles, with a focus on fulfilling our clients’ hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple positions across different industries.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for open roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide hiring managers with shortlists and detailed candidate assessments.
  • Follow up with candidates and clients during the recruitment process to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the recruitment database.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of the local labor market, recruitment trends, and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf), recruitment platforms, and social media sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa regulations is a plus.
