Description:

Looking HR Officer with good experience in HR & PRO activities in UAE. Must have experience in Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Must be good in employee relations, regulatory compliance, compensation & employees benefits, employee’s payroll, recruitment processes, policies & procedures, and training and development etc.
• Must know all PRO related works – like provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs, Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business License renewal/updating etc.
• Candidate must have at least 4-5 years experience in HR & PRO.
• Must have experience in Manufacturing Industry in UAE.
• Must be aware about latest UAE labor laws.
• Must be aware about Tas-heel, Immigration, Tawjeeh, Economic Department, RTA System.
• Proficient in Arabic will be plus point.
• Must be available in UAE with visit visa/cancel visa for immediate joining,
