Description:
We are looking for Receptionist (Arabic and English)
Receptionist – Three Months Contract (Arabic and English preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all administrative tasks, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
- Greet clients, guide customers either to a service desk or waiting area assess their needs.
- Orient clients about required service unit and to handle existing client’s requests and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Identify and act on ways to improve own knowledge and skills, and consequently improve the knowledge and skill level of the company.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the smooth operation of the company.
- Achieve set targets against service standards for customers’ services.
- Adhering to telephone standards and etiquette.
- Ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates.
- Ability to function autonomously and with integrity keeping the CLEAR’s customers and business partners best interests in line.
- Identify the areas of focus/improvements that will enhance the customer experience
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- High school or Diploma.
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer interface preferably in a service industry.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers and members alike.
- Detail oriented with a great sense of pride for self and company integrity.
- Language Skills: English and Arabic – Good Written and Spoken
- Years of Experience: 1 years of experience.
- 1 years of experience in customer interface.
