LWK Group is a group of companies operating in lifestyle & business concierge, customer service, hospitality, events management and real estate with 15 years of experience in UAE. We are hiring a Receptionist Administrator for our newly opened health and wellness center.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance;
  • Answer calls and fielding them accordingly;
  • Address visitors questions and needs and providing an overall welcoming environment;
  • Maintain security and telecommunications system;
  • Coordinate office activities and operations;
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any industry (preferably)
  • 2-3 years of experience in the customer service industry along with proven experience as an office administrator in UAE
  • Proven experience working in CRM
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
