LWK Group is a group of companies operating in lifestyle & business concierge, customer service, hospitality, events management and real estate with 15 years of experience in UAE. We are hiring a Receptionist Administrator for our newly opened health and wellness center.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance;
- Answer calls and fielding them accordingly;
- Address visitors questions and needs and providing an overall welcoming environment;
- Maintain security and telecommunications system;
- Coordinate office activities and operations;
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any industry (preferably)
- 2-3 years of experience in the customer service industry along with proven experience as an office administrator in UAE
- Proven experience working in CRM
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
