We are hiring Real Estate Specialist to help us expand our clients, create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages;
• Showing properties to potential clients;
• Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers;
• Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales;
• Maintain and update listings of available properties;
• Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale;
• Build strong customer relationship.

We expect that you:

• at least five 3 years of professional Real Estate sales;
• have an upper intermediate level of English/Russian and can fluently communicate in those languages;
• Hold valid UAE driving license.

It’ll be amazing if you also have:

• solid understanding of Dubai market, areas;
• Your own car;
