• 5-8 years of experience in real estate research, analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience with a real estate advisory / real estate developer/government free zone with real estate portfolio / additional experience in asset management preferred
• Education : Real Estate / Finance / Urban Planning qualifications

Additional Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word) / ARGUS Estate Master
• PowerBI or Data Analysis & Visualization software
• Statistical Analysis / Econometrics
