Mobiliare dubai is a real estate broker located at the heart of Dubai with its office in business bay, we are currently looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive, preferably Urdu, English, Hindi, Chinese, Russian,Romanian,Italian or Spanish speaker to join our growing Dubai Team.

Theperson should have 3+ yrs of experience in Dubai properties and should specialize in OFF-PLAN PROPERTIES, RENTALS, and LEASES.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant will report to the CEO, and to the Area Manager assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs.
  • Keeping in touch with clients via calls, WhatsApp and emails to notify them of the consultancy services offer
  • Securing a consulting deal by preparing and presenting business proposals to clients to convince them of his/her consultancy services.
  • Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
  • Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate knowledge of government policies and relationships with legal professionals and other consultants to exchange information and boost personal networks.
  • Liaising with legal counsels to prepare sale and lease documents.
  • Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinate with the Admin all the listings on portals.
  • An agent and operators should share all marketing tools and identify items that increase the expansion of our company as long as we all are parts of this organization.
  • All property consultants should improve their knowledge of the off-plan projects as per the management direction, and give full feedback for each and every lead they receive to the team leader and high management.
  • For any property applied on portals, an agent should have all full documents to be verified, only verified listings will be approved on company portals.
  • Property consultants are accounts managers for landlords, therefore every PC should build a good relationship with landlords who allow him/her to list their properties by leading a healthy conversation reflecting the company values and signing the property management contract.
  • Any additional tasks that will be added by the management in the future or whenever necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding living spaces that fit this criterion.
