We are seeking dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agents with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in property sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, exceptional sales skills, and extensive knowledge of property sales processes.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties
• Conduct market research and develop marketing plans to attract buyers or tenants
• Showcase properties and negotiate agreements on behalf of clients
• Guide clients through property inspections, financing, and closing procedures
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, staying updated on real estate laws and best practices

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, neighborhoods, and property values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to achieving sales goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Negotiation skill is a must
• Flexible schedule
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
