Hiring Alert We are looking for a Tax Analyst for one of our esteemed clients in Abu Dhabi.

Must have requirements:

3-5 years of tax experience

Big 4 experience

Job Purpose:

• To help Tax Team with tax matters,
• mainly in meeting UAE VAT compliance, UAE Economic Substance Regulations (ESR),
• Country by Country Reporting (CbCR), and UAE Corporate Tax Implementation
• UAE VAT Compliance
• Assist with monthly VAT returns preparation, VAT registrations, amendments and
• Updating data on tax portal. Assist team with improving overall VAT compliance
• system (liaison with internal functions, preparation of policies and
• procedures)
• UAE Economic Substance Regulations
• Analyze the ESR applicability, assist with the submission of ESR notifications and Reports for all the relevant UAE based Group entities
• UAE Country by Country Reporting
• Assist with the preparation of country by country report
• UAE Corporate Tax Implementation
• Take part in the implementation of Corporate Income Tax (CIT) on all relevant Group Entities in UAE, and once implemented, assist the tax team with meeting CIT regulations in the UAE
• Ad- hoc tax assignments
• Assist with Ad-hoc tax assignments assigned by the manager (documentation, training, etc.)
