Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of Landscape experience in UAE is a must.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Plan Swift, Microsoft Excel, word, etc
• Ready to work in any emirates of UAE.
• A UAE Driving license is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of Landscape construction.
• Estimating quantities, costs, and time scales for material and labour.
• Preparation of variations and claims.
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
• Interim Payment Certification.
• PC rates & Provisional Sum Administration.
• Post Contract Administration.
• Subcontractor’s bid evaluation and preparation of subcontract agreements.
• Cash flow forecasts and monthly progress reports.
• Project Close-Out / Final Accounts
