Quantity Surveyor – ABU DHABI
A Construction company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of their project based teams. The candidate should have the following:
BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent (relevant field)
More than 5 years post graduate experience with at least 2 years in a similar position in the UAE/Gulf.
Good measurement skills.
Ability to identify variations on the project.
Preparation of interim applications for payment
Measurement and agreement of Sub-Contractor’s Accounts.
Keeping your Manager fully advised of any issue / risk which has arisen or might arise and which affect the business / project.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
