Role Overview
We’re currently looking for an Entry-Level Quality Controller to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual looking to build a career in food quality assurance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards across fresh-cut and sanitized produce.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on processed fruits and vegetables.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Implement and monitor company-wide quality control protocols.
- Keep detailed records of inspections and any corrective actions taken.
- Work closely with the production team to resolve quality concerns.
- Support in training staff on quality control practices and food safety.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 1+ year of experience in the food industry (fresh produce preferred).
- Basic understanding of HACCP and ISO food safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be on a valid Spouse Visa.
- Must reside in or near Ras Al Khor, Dubai for easy daily commute.
