About the Role:
As a Quality Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency in our operations. You’ll analyze data, identify compliance gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. If you have a strong background in data analysis, building reports, and a keen eye for process optimization, we want to hear from you!
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and trends.
- Develop processes to monitor compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Build reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
- Review and update operational documentation to meet industry standards.

Requirements:
- BSc degree in BA, data analytics, or quality management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst, preferably in logistics.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
