Description:

We are looking for QHSE Manager (Catering Background) to join our UAE operations.

• Overseeing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the company-wide Business systems.
• Preferred someone with Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 & #NEBOSH certified. 
• To ensure compliance with the applicable HSE and Food Safety laws and the ISO Management System, and to develop the effectiveness of, monitor compliance with, and maintain the QHSE and Food Safety management systems.
• Ensure reporting requirements to government entities are fully complied with promptly as per standard requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements / contractual/client requirements.
• Manage all specialist HSE officers, including selection, dismissal, and specifying skills and competencies, training and development requirements.
• Monitor the applicable compliance requirements and update QHSE and Food safety management systems as per DM/OSHAD and ADAFSA requirements.
• Develop annual Internal Audit plans to verify the compliance as per ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and 22000 requirements.
• Lead the surveillance and recertification audits with External certification bodies for our existing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 22000 certifications
• Review external audit reports and coordinate with Top management and Project teams for effective closeout actions for non-conformances.
• Monitor and report on corporate QHSE and food Safety objectives and targets, and provide advice to the Top management on setting the following year’s objectives and targets. Organize and chair the annual QHSE & Food Safety management systems review meeting.
• Develop QHSE and Food Safety training matrix and monitor the implementation of training across all contracts.
