Hiring QHSE Coordinator

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Engineering/ Science).

Trainings: NEBOSH IGC

Experience: 5 Years UAE Experience

JD:

• Assisting Head of the department on the on-site implementation of IMS / FSMS / GSDP requirements.
• Implementing relevant QHSE / FSMS / GSDP policies and procedures
• Ensuring that a quality management system based on GSDP is implemented and maintained
• Promoting a good quality & HSE culture at site.
• Promoting a culture of behavior vased Safety (BBS) through conducting BBS internal trainings and in-house campaigns
• Organizing and conducting campaigns on HSE / FSMS / GSDP
• Coordinating and promptly supporting for any recall operations for food & medicinal products
• Ensuring that self-inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged programme and necessary corrective measures are put in place – GSDP / FSMS & IMS
• Liaising with client HSE officers and coordinate on site HSE activities.
• Working in close coordination with Asst. Manager – QHSE and other section managers to ensure all work is done safely and with high quality in workmanship.
• Conducting workplace inspections
• Conducting inspection of fire extinguishers and first aid boxes
• Focusing on the management of authorized activities and the accuracy and quality of records
• Ensuring that initial and continuous training programme are implemented and maintained
• Conducting Tool box talks, HSE Inductions, Site QHSE committee meetings and other relevant QHSE implementation tools at site.
• Coordinating QHSE / FSMS / GSDP trainings for the personnel at site.
• Reporting incidents followed by investigate the incident to propose corrective / preventive actions.
• Coordinating closely with other HSE team members and report daily / weekly / monthly action.
• Ensuring the QHSE communications are effectively reached to the proposed audience.
• Inspecting the cranes and heavy lift equipment and suggesting its operating condition from health and safety point of view
