Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Purchasing Executive. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, including negotiating and liaising with suppliers, developing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, managing contracts, and monitoring inventory levels. The Purchasing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as the finance and operations departments, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software.
- Knowledge of contract management and legal implications of procurement.
- Familiarity with industry-standard procurement practices and procedures.
