Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain good relations within all government departments
• To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to relevant government departments, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, Trade License, labor permits etc.
• Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE
• Maintain good knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labor and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
• Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service
• Assist with Employee relations when applicable
• Provide accurate solutions to enquiries and problems that may arise
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times

Requirements, Skills/Abilities:

• Very good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• At least 3-5 years PRO experience
• Location: Dubai predominantly (other Emirates when required)
