Profile:
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the sanitaryware and ceramic tiles sector for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets in the UAE. This role will be at the center of the UAE market, and the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving project sales targets in the designated area.
Responsibilities:-
As the Project Sales Manager,
- Your responsibilities will include identifying key architects, designers, and developers in the hotel, residential, commercial, and healthcare industries.
- You will also work closely with Developers, Architects, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with specifications, budgets, payment terms, and delivery times. Additionally, you will liaise with the back-office team at headquarters to provide clients with the highest level of service in terms of quality and timing.
- Other responsibilities of the role include managing the project sales channels and cycle.
- Meeting the sales objectives of the organization.
- Managing the specification and Sales orders process.
- Providing product updates to project customers and forecasting project sales on a quarterly and annual basis.
- You will also be responsible for managing sales inquiries, quotations and sample arrangements with back-office team.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research and keeping up to date with competitor’s products and packages and market directions.
Applicant requirements:-
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years of project sales experience in the UAE, specifically in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the northern emirates, with a focus on bathroom products and ceramic tiles. It is essential to have a strong consultant and contractor network within the UAE, as well as excellent presentation, communication, analytical skills, Self-Motivated and enthusiastic.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Proven sales record.
A valid driving license is also necessary.
