Description:

For our expansion of Project Management Department in Epta Middle East, we are looking for Project Manager to be located in Dubai

Scope of the role: manage turn key refrigeration projects

Principal competences and Responsibilities:

• Responsible of the execution of the project on site as per offer to client and SOW
• Technical feedback to System Engineering for specific site conditions during quotation phase
• Technical support to sales manager
• Technical feedback for piping route, positioning of equipment’s, specific site conditions during design phase
• Responsible to verify the sys. eng. technical book and layouts
• Analysis of tender specification on installation topics
• Responsible in front of the client, unique point of contact for technical matters and site coordination
• Coordination of all the site operations with EPTA subcontractors
• Responsible for the solution of problems on site, also related to quality matters directly connecting with Non-Conformity team
• Cost management of the budget/extra jobs
• Completion of projects assigned assuring the respect of EPTA quality and dead lines
• Commissioning
• Signature of Subcontractors timesheet and invoices
• Handover signature and snag list closing

Requirements:

• Engineering degree
• Previous experience in refrigeration
• Fluent English; Arabic speaking is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• High level of self-responsibility
