Project Managers are skilled in getting best out of people and projects that they oversee.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Being the main point of contact of the project and liaise between the client and all internal and external stakeholders.

Project preparation:

  • Studying and understanding all the details and constraints of the project and putting in place an action plan towards the success of the project.
  • Responsible to check floor plan & show manuals to verify that the project design is within the rules and Regulations of the show.
  • Working with Designers to prepare the technical drawings and all relevant documents for the execution of the project.
  • Developing a proper production and build up planning in line with the project milestones.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Team to set up a project Budget. It is the sole responsibility of the PM to keep all costs within the budget.
  • Preparing project P&L from the budget provided to track and monitor progress and performance of the project making sure of a profitable gross margin.
  • Providing production crew, subcontractors and site managers with necessary documentation including but not limited to technical drawings, bill of quantities, project planning, access permits, etc.
  • To monitor the daily Production Schedule to ensure work is in line with the planned a schedule and supervise on quality.
  • Coordinate with client regarding graphic artwork collections and its approval.
  • To monitor the distribution of accessories/items on the stand, such as Furniture, Kitchen Items, Office Items, Decorations, Display Items, Brochures and assist the clients if these items are supplied by them.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Project execution:

  • Challenging and controlling job costs to meet budget and beat targets using available tools and techniques.
  • Monitoring the use of internal and external resources including management of outside labor and approval of all purchases related to the project.
  • Understanding and analyzing project financial aspects to control costs and maximize profitability.
  • Close Monitoring require to ensure smooth Build-up & Dismantling, on overall quality and finish of the project.
  • To prepare a Project report, which is the last stage of the Project


  • A degree from faculty of Mechanical/Civil/Architect Engineering; PMP certification is an advantage.
  • 4+ years proven working experience as a project manager in the exhibition & events, fit out, interior decoration.
  • Strong communication skills , Organizational and Leadership Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
