Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry
- Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and ERP systems
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and compliance standards
- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Implement and maintain quality control measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows
- Train and mentor production staff
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement appropriate strategies
