Looking for Production Manager with experience in metal coating industry

Nationality : Indian

Production manager job description.

Maintaining tanks and its chemicals in working condition.

Workers duty allocation according to jobs.

Maintenance of attendance and overtime for workers.

Coordination for purchase of production supplies.

Assuring the quality of the all the jobs.

Research and development of new plating and process.

Research and development of process to save cost, re-plating, wastage, time etc.

Maintenance and sharing of production schedule and report.

Issuing certificates for customers.

Assisting sales team when required.

Coordination with municipality and other government departments as and when required for production related issues/works, wastewater disposal etc.

Maintaining and calibration of all equipment’s & machinery.

Maintaining safety in plant.

Any additional work assigned by the management.
